Deleting Messages


     To remove a message, select it in the Control Panel display and click the Delete button.  In System 6.0.x, ⌘-D is equivalent to this button.  System 7 control panels cannot receive command keystrokes.  Sorry.

     Of course you can click the Edit button to look at the entire message, then use the Edit dialog’s Delete button as mentioned in the chapter Editing Existing Messages.
